Email hello@aieasy.chatPlease tell us your iPhone model, your iOS version, the Nestlist version (in the App Store listing or your iPhone's Settings), and what happened. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, invitation codes or guest links.

Export your data
- Open Nestlist and go to Account → Privacy & data → Download my data.
- Choose what to include.
- For data on your iPhone, choose JSON (best for keeping everything) or CSV (works in spreadsheets). CSV files never include photos.
- If you are signed in, you can also export your online account records and your shared household records.
- Choose where to save or share the file.
The export may include sensitive information. Store it somewhere safe.
Delete your data or account
- Data on your iPhone: Account → Privacy & data → Delete local data.
- Your online account: Account → Privacy & data → Delete my account. Your account is erased 30 days later, and you can cancel until then. Read how account deletion works.
Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. You can use Nestlist without an account. An account is needed only for Family sync, an online Registry, inviting caregivers, sending product reviews and reports, and server exports.
Where is my data saved?
Your plan, Closet, budget and photos are saved on your iPhone. Some features send data to our servers when you use them. The Privacy Policy explains each one.
How do I share my plan with a partner or caregiver?
Sign in, then invite them from Account. Nestlist creates a one-time code. Share it privately. You choose which Plan and Closet records to share through Family sync.
How do guests use my Registry?
Share your guest link with people you trust. Guests can see the items you make visible and reserve or record gifts. You can revoke a link at any time.
Is a product safe?
Nestlist shows recall information from public sources, but a recall check is not a safety guarantee. Follow the maker's instructions and age limits, and check official recall notices. Ask your pediatrician about health questions.
Does Nestlist cost money?
Every current feature is free.
